Property and Area Description Formerly used to manufacture precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) for applications in the construction industry. Site is 15.143 acres.Structure consist of 41,000 square feet, with 37,000 square feet on thefirst floor and remainder on second floor. It is steel-on-steel construction.
The site is serviced by a CO2 pipeline. Pipeline pressure is 1800 - 2200 psig.
Site has water capacity to handle up to 300,000 gallons per day.
A rail spur is on site, with switch, in excellent working condition, and is serviced by the Canadian National Railroad.
Site is approximately 3 miles from Interstate 55.
